TECHNICAL TIP:  For austenitic manganese steel, use a buffer layer of INTER, followed by multiple passes of RECUBRIDOR M-IA (to achieve full hardness). Keep the arc close.  For vertical welds, use rapid weave and hesitate over  each crater before extinguishing arc.
