IDENTIFICATION: Printed Electrode , White Tipped TIG

 

APPLICATION: AC or DC Reverse Polarity

 

SUPERIOR ADVANTAGES:

 

• High tensile welds in very type of cast iron, including grey and meehanite, also performs excellent steel to cast iron welds
• Fully machinable and has a high elongation factor which assures the prevention of cracking
• Pass over pass welding  without slag removal between passes
• All-position welding can be performed with CRONACAST 211 without  dismantling any equipment

Brinell Hardness: 185-240

  

ELECTRODE USAGE PROCEDURE:

 

Use AC or DC reverse polarity. Generally, where a narrow, thin bead is desired, a straight polarity application is suggested.
