TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

 

Hardness: Rc 46-56 as welded

Hardening Temperatuure: 1,850 F ° (1, 010 C °) 

Tempering Temperature: 500 ° F to 1,150 ° F (260 ° C to 621 ° C), according to base metal

Preheat on Hot Work Steel: 800 ° F (427 ° C)

USAGE PROCEDURE:

Use AC or DC straight polarity.   Prepare area to be welded by removing all cracks, heat checks or other defects by grinding or gouging
